Please contact [email protected] to recieve an Authorized Number for your return prior to shipping your item back to us. Be sure to write the Authorized Number outside your package.
We reserve the right to deny any refund or exchange if merchandise is worn, altered, washed, damaged.
Merchandise must be in original packaging, sanitary stickers, all hangtags attached.
You will receive the amount you paid, less shipping cost.
There is a 10% Restocking Fee applied to all Returns that are equal to or greater than $300.00
We do not accept for an exchange at this time, just make a Return, get your fund back and make a new purchase again.
In the event that we process an incorrect or you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it or a full refund at our expense. We will provide a prepaid Postal Shipping Label for orders within US.
